Vodacom doesn't surprise with he pathetic service

Called vodacom to upgrade my contract, spoke to Makhozi , advised that he will find the most appropriate contract and revert. No feedback received. Furthermore, cancelled another contract a month ago, still being billed although contract is cancelled. Service from vodacom is pathetic and it's time I ported my number to telkom mobile. Goodbye Vodacom. Customer service does come at a premium. One would think Vodacom is interested in retaining their clients
