Vodacom doesn't know what a debit order is

I took out a phone contract towards the end of last year. Every month on the 7th vodacom would debit R110 from my account. On the 7th of January they deducted Over R300. I immediately went into my nearest vodacom and the guy told me that they won't be able to give the money back in cash however they will not debit order for the next three months. This was fine for the next three months. On the fourth month vodacom debited Once again over R300 and the next day put it back. The month after that they debited R110 and again put it back the following day. This continued. I contacted vodacom to find out why this is happening. They assured me it was a mistake from their side and that they will return my account to an updated balance. The next month the same thing happened. I again contacted vodacom and got the same result as the first time I called. I have had enough of this debit orders where they take it and put it back, not to mention they take more than they should. Why can't I get this sorted out. Everytime I am assured it is sorted only to find out a month later it is not. Now the sim of the phone has been suspended. They are so quick to put you in the wrong and blacklist you, when in actual fact it is their fault.
