Vodacom doesn't honour promotion

I bought a Samsung online (15/04) and was promised a free cover as per the promotion. The handset was delivered the next day without a cover. I've been calling and e-mailing non stop. Online keeps referring me to After Sales, and After Sales refers me back to Online. I would just really appreciate it if Vodacom honours it's own promotion and contact me in regards to the cover.
