Vodacom doesn't care about their customers.

I use my Vodacom account for business and spend around R1500 a month. I use a lot of data so when my data runs out I buy additional bundles. However for the last 2 days I have been unable to buy due the an error on Vodacom's side. The error says provisionVAS Failed my number has been deactivated. I contacted Vodacom and was told they are in the process of moving me to a new system. I am currently out of bundle and have spoken to 3 Vodacom consultants who said they would call me back and esculate the fact that I'm out of bundle, getting charged and Vodacom is unable to give me a data bundle until I'm activated on the new system. I have yet to receive a call back from any consultant. I was also told be them that I should just not use data until they fix the error on their side. Im sorry but who does Vodacom think they are telling me when I can do business and when I cant. This is their fault and now I must either lose money on out of bundle data usage or putting my business on hold so they can get their **** together. As a Vodacom client who spends R1500 or more a month this is unacceptable and I will be condidering making a change as my contract is nearing an end. Also please dont bother getting someone to call me and give me a **** apology. Its really a waist of time receiving a call form a customer service manager who really doesnt care, who gives a meak apology and never really does anything to make up for the actual inconvenience.
