Vodacom doesn’t care about the CUSTOMER!!!

<p>After several calls and complaints on Hello Peter call centres and in store staff, I was promised quick feedback and instant help but to no avail.</p> <p>Vodacom has no customer service, and I am regretting moving to them more and more each day.</p> <p>I have now gone for more than a week without any cell phone network due to incompetence and empty promises. All I want is service which is a rarity at this institution.</p> <p>I thought other service providers where bad but you give a complete new meaning to bad service.</p> <p>Please just help me so that I can have a cell phone service because currently I am in limbo.</p>
