Vodacom doesn't care about customers
I booked Huawei P7 in for repairs on 27 Jan 2015 which had a factory fault. After phoning and visiting the shop several times I was told they were out of stock. Will have to wait till March 2015. The Floor Manager, Hein van Wyk, did not see anything wrong with that. He did not care that I am paying for subscription for a phone I do not have, let alone use the minutes that are provided every month. No care for the inconvenience and costs incurred by me through calling and driving to the shop. When I suggested that they give me a different make, only about R200 more, van Wyk was worried about the money the store would lose. Van Wyk took my numbers and promised to call me when I spoke to him last on 12 March 2015. I was phoned by a rep from Huawei later that day, not Hein, promising to give me a replacement phone. He never called back

So I am extremely annoyed by the service of Vodacom and van Wyk. Vodacom must tell me how they are going to deal with the subscription payments for the period I did not have my phone. I certainly did not use their units and this they can check.

If I had my way I would cancel this contract. Vodacom Centurion Mall is useless in my opinion
