VODACOM does not want to pay my money back!!!!!!!

VODACOM does not want to refund me my money and when I log calls they resolve them without fixing them. Since FEB 2021 Vodacom has been charging me for a device that I do not have..I have logged calls three times and they just resolve them without refunding me back my MONEY!!! They Lie on Hellopeter saying consultant will call me back and they never do!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
