Vodacom does not want to honour their pricing
I purchased a deal from the Vodacom online store for a Samsung S9 Plus @R211 a month.
The purchase was approved, I have pictures of the deal as well as a picture of my deal being confirmed.
I then phoned the online store call centre to confirm my order and rude Amelia told me that I have been approved for R899.
That is not the deal I chose, I chose the deal for R211 a month and I would like the deal for R211.
How can I choose a deal for R211 a month and then be told that I am approved for R899 pm?
I then contacted ********** who assisted me by sending me T&Cs however, I was not stopped from purchasing the item, the website allowed me to purchase the item at R211.
Kendell mentioned that they cannot help me and I asked for someone seniors contact details and again I was told that no one can help me - great service by Kendell.
I do not accept this as the credit act states that the price the product is offered is the price that needs to be given to the consumer.
I have all the information ready for when a senior person who understands the consumer to contact me.
