Vodacom does not stick to their word even thou calls are recorded

Terrible service, got a call to upgrade my contracts. Everything that the consultant offered me was done incorrectly and also now its been over a month and no one is getting back to me... I guess its time to leave this **** service provider and move on.

I have reference numbers for the investigation i opened uo at the vodacone rewards center, everyrime i call to enquire they make up stories... Been with vodacom from 2009 and this is how they treat clients One Star is not even worth giving it to them
