Vodacom does not refund for *****!
A ********** contract has been taken out in my name. I contacted Vodacom, sent the necessary document..... I got a reply that the contract - THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR- was cancelled. After numerous emails asking them when I will be credited with the R1 055 that was taken out of my bank account - I still got no reaction. I love the part where there is no contact number you can phone. Only email - THAT NO ONE ANSWERS!
