Vodacom does not need any more subscribers

I have spent about 2 weeks of litterally begging Vodacom for a contract. Application instore declined for no apparent reason, I decided to follow up with Vodacom because it made absolutely no sense. A call to 08217... Got hold of a very helpful agent who informs be that Vodacom is still waiting for supporting documents from the store which the store had but never sent to them... (interesting). After emailing those documents he requested, some arrogant lady decided to write asking me to go back to the store so they can help me from there. She had no clue about my discussion with the previous agent, I was kind enough to ask her to just pass all attachments to the revelevant agent but all she could do is park the issue, basically giving me a finger. I called in again and asked for the same agent I dealt with he is unaware of all this but worse, he cannot get those documents from the lady, she refuses to upload my documents. Now this is just madness and I think the message from these people is clear. I will find myself a welcoming service provider and stop wasting my time.
