VODACOM DOES NOT LOOK AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS AS PROMISED
I recently laid a complaint about Vodacom on Hellopeter and i received an automated feedback from them stating a consultant will phone me to handle my complaint. It's almost been a week now and still no VODACOM consultant has phoned me. They don't look after their customers.
