Vodacom does not listen to client

I took out a contract with Vodacom for data and a router. They said they would have it Couriered to me. They use two Courier Services Ram Couriers and Skynet Worldwide Couriers. I said please use Ram as they know where I live. But they used Skynet instead. Ram would have delivered my parcel yesterday but useless Skynet have now gone to a 3rd party courier service. Vodacom you a bunch of useless idiots. Listen to your customers. If the parcel is not delivered tomorrow you can take it back and cancel the contract
