Vodacom does not know what customer service is

I have struggled with my Vodacom contract for while now. I called Vodacom on *** on 9 June 2021 to cancel my contract, apparently my number is still on the old system and the call agent could not access the old system, and someone would call me back within 48 hours. I called back after 72, apparently that had a huge backlog. They would phone me within a week. I am still waiting..... I cannot wait for my other number to end xontract just to get away from vodacom!!
