Vodacom does not honour their “contracts”.

This is the second time VODACOM one sidedly up the price of a contract. The only reason I would sign a contract is that by doing it, I am assured of paying a price for the term of the contract that I can afford. If ever I decide to lower my payment of the contract.. I will get warnings from VODACOM with lots of legal jargon telling me to abide by the contract… or else I will end up on a financial blacklist… but this only apply to me… if VODACOM decides to lift the price of the “contract” this does not apply. They are making the rules so they cant break the rules sic…. So if they decide to lift the price with no regard of our “contract”they can do so and do not have to wait till the end of our “contract” to lift the price. This is accomplished by a happy happy letter that they love your support… ****… how can you support a company that, in these times walks over your 3 year contract and increases the price. Helloooooo we as customers are not stupid and do NOT feel any loyalty towards a company that does this to customers. Being a customer of Vodacom for 30 years… this is like a slap in the face… and a **** in my drink. It is time to actively start looking for a company that honour their contracts.
