Vodacom does not help victims of Identify *****
One might wonder why ********** continue to open *****elent accounts on the vodacom network.

That's because Vodacom takes time to resolve the issue - who knows what the ********** did with a number on my name? I reported this when I saw still owing R400 in december and something and number the bill is above R5000.

All I asked was the number to be closed and Vodacom to send me a letter confirming that the ***** did take place. This would clear my name with the credit bureau. It's now end of April, and I asked for this beginning of December last year.

I am yet to receive a response. Whenever I call the contact \care\" - I am referred to a ***** department then someone else says there is no ***** department and refers me to Accounts who tell me they cant issue letters so they will raise a query with Collections. Then it ends there. Every single ******* time.

MY HOME LOAN APPLICATION WHICH WAS APPROVED LAST YEAR FOR A HOUSE UNDER DEVELOPMENT - HAS NOW BEEN REVERSED.

I should find out if I can sue Vodacom for this.

"
