Vodacom does NOT get my vote!

And so the circus starts again! Why on earth am I shunted from pillar to post and back again to sort out a simple issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please refer to the attached email correspondence.

My contract ends now - end of August - and I need to send the obligatory written request to cancel and NOT renew the contract. Can anyone please sort this out for me?

I have had NO response other than the following and I have no idea what the response means?

Can anyone please sort this out for me? Does Vodacom still operate?
