Vodacom does not deliver what they promise.

In January I upgraded one of my children's contracts through one of vodacoms promotions companies... after receiving faulty merchandise, I contacted them within the 7 days and cancelled the upgrade. After many phone calls to them, the faulty merchandise was finally picked up. It is now May and I am still paying for the upgrade and the faulty merchandise which I was never able to use. I have phoned many times and have had many empty promises and apparent escalations. This is, however, not where my story ends... On the 14th of April I was phoned by vodacom again, and asked to upgrade 2 of my other contracts, my other 2 children's contracts. I proceeded to explain to the person on the other side why I do not trust vodacom and their upgrades. He assured me that he will escalate the issue with the other contract and begged me to give vodacom another chance, they will not let me down again. Fool that I am, I upgraded my other 2 contracts and guess what... 2 weeks later, no merchandise, but I have started paying for the upgrades. I have lost all faith in vodacom, after being with them for many many years.
