Vodacom does not deliver

I signed up for a new Iphone 12 with Vodacom before Easter through one of their call centres. RAM couriers were supposed to handle the delivery direct to me. I admit that I was very busy at that time and as it had to be delivered to me personally it had to be at a mutually agreeable time. I spoke personally with the courier driver on a number of occasions but to no avail. RAM even said that they would agree to deliver it to my son's house but that did not materialize. Now I see that my contract has been extended but where is my phone. You can NEVER find the right person to contact to find out what is happening. Typical of a large company, they think nothing about their customers as you are just a small fish in the large ocean.
