Vodacom does not deliver.

I wanted to move to Telkom and Vodacom has assured me they would match the offer received from Telkom.

They have promised to phone me back 7 times to date, every time I want to cancel they tell me someone will phone me to sort out the offer but to no surprise I still haven’t heard from them. When I want to hold and sort the problem out they promise someone will phone me but still no one has.

Please just tell me if you don’t want my business I will gladly move it is irritating now.
