Vodacom does not deliver

1. Its been some time that I am battling with Vodacom. I dont receive the sms with my bank OTP, the time on the bank website has expired with an hour before the sms (if it does comes through) comes through. Which means I need to request another OTP that gets send to my husband's (MTN) phone which comes through immediately.<br> This is very very inconvenient for I need to phone my husband every time to get the OTP nr.<br> 2. Very often if I make a call and the phone does not ring at all and eventually the call gets terminated by itself.<br> It is a huge frustration and I really am considering changing to another service provider.
