Vodacom does not comply with ICASA rules
Dear Vodacom, Please explain to me why you are still not complying with Icasa's data regulation rules? On 17 March 2019 I purchased a 10GB data bundle. At 00:16 on 16 April 2019 I received a message saying my data had 'run out', not expired, 'run out', which is a big fat lie as I monitor my data thoughout the day and I still had more than 3GB when I went to bed. According to the new Icasa rules, data is supposed to be rolled over, why did I not receive this option? Plus according to Icasa it needs to be a free roll over, but apparently you like bullying your clients so you want to charge R49 per GB of data rolled over? Again you are first in worst customer service! Secondly, you are supposed to ask me to opt into out of bundle data rates, yet again this was not done, and although a small amount you used R 2.62 towards out of bundle rates. Do you like mistreating your clients this way? I also know that it will take weeks before someone actually responds with a call, just to tell me that it is my fault as a consumer and it's not your problem. Or that it is due to my attitude that you refuse to help me, you guys enjoy blaiming your consumer for your bad client service. Such winners you are!
