VODACOM DOES NOT COME TO THE PARTY
I am paying a total of R271.00/month for three accounts of which the contracts expired years ago. I phoned the assistance desk several times and I also several times tried to make use of the internet facility to close accounts without success. The more I informed the operators I want the accounts to be cancelled, the more arrogant they became and tried to convince me not to do it. They always agree that the accounts will be closed, however it never happens. I am not interested in any online business, with any company what so ever, because the people of the new South Africa pronounce words in a way difficult to hear and understand. Its a simple request: I WANT THE ACCOUNTS TO BE CANCELLED!!!
