Vodacom does not care what matters to the client

I have 3 concerns with Vodacom. 1. I have asked Vodacom on so many occasions to change my Surname on my account to my married name - which they have failed to do each time 2. I have asked for my complete statement to be emailed to me and only me - yet still you guys send my Invoice to the numbers i have on contract, not even the statement.... which annoys me beyond words. 3. Your consultants called me today advising me that my account has been kept under watch due to the amount i CHOOSE to reload my phone with, telling me i should take up ANOTHER contract with data only along with my accounts i already have - this goes against the NCA and the customer protection act. Then if that wasnt enough, i advised the consultant 3 times that i am NOT interested in taking another account and wish to keep my account as is - she rep**** saying "no need to yell at me".... im simply talking loudly because never did she ask if its a convenient time to talk, no. She just jumped right into her sale pitch. Each time i explain im not interested, she would start over telling me i need to understand i recharge my phone to much. LET ME UNDERSTAND.... does Vodacom not want to make money? why complain at how much i spend to recharge???? its my choice isnt it??? also why harass me into taking a new contract after i told you 3 times I AM NOT INTERESTED???? as per the consumer protection act - she is supposed to cut the conversation when i advise that i am not interested or does Vodacom not care about keeping their clients happy????
