VODACOM DOES NOT CARE - BREACH OF CONTRACT
We have had two cell nos. for a number of years and ported to Vodacom from MTN in September 2014. The port took approximately a month (unacceptable), and in September/October 2015 the one number was allocated to an unknown party who answered calls to that no. This has subsequently stopped, and we simply cannot get through on that no. any more. It is a number used for business purposes and has resulted in a potentially significant loss of business. The second no. has now also become unreachable. We completed reams of documentation, wasted many hours trying to get the port to take place for both nos. (time consuming, frustrating), and now this. The complaint was initially reported to Vodacom Canal Walk who never reverted. It was reported to Vodacom Customer Care Consultant Nosisi Dladla in mid-October, and despite promises and reassurances, it has not been resolved by Vodacom, who clearly does not care. The monthly debit order goes through each month, and we are unable to get anything out of Vodacom. <br>
