Vodacom does not care about losing business

My cellphone was ****** on Friday 26 August 2016 in the morning, Having a spare phone, I went to Vodacom on the same day and got a new sim card (Sim swap). The gentleman that served me told me to switch my phone on after 4 hours and that it would be working, Lo and behold, after 4 hours it was not working and after 24 hours it was still not working, I then went back to Vodacom on Sunday and they assured me the card was being activated and that by Sunday lunch time it would be usable. By lunchtime it was still not working. I contacted Vodacom again and they told me that it is in "the queu" to be activated but now they could not tell me how long it would take. It is now Tuesday and after countless more visits and phone calls to Vodacom, I still have an inactive Sim card and now they tell me that they can't give me another one or do anything because my sim card "is in the process" but again nobody can tell me how many days, weeks, months or years this process will take!

Clearly Vodacom don't care about losing income or business because if they did they would ensure that my sim card worked asap so that I could spend money on calls etc! And the fact that my contracts are all up for renewal in the next few months does not concern them either (ie like losing a loyal customer to the competition)!

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET MY SIM CARD WORKING TODAY!!!!!!!!!
