Vodacom does not care about it's customers
Vodacom, you are USELESS. I am beyond frustrated with your service. After almost 4 months, you have STILL not processed my request to cancel Data lines. Your operators keep trying to sell me a product and avoid processing my request, putting me through from one department to the next, with no resolution. Is this how you treat a 'loyal customer of many years'!?
