Vodacom does not care about its customers

I have contacted Vodacom on 5 separate occasions and each time have been promised that they would return my call my the assistance I require. So far, I have had to chase them up everytime. The call centre people are not very efficient at their job and one of the customer service agents was rude and very unhelpful. When will Vodacom start taking customer complaints seriously ?
