Vodacom does not care about its customers

My husband was due for an upgrade. On 30th March we spoke to one of the online agents, explaining that we are now pensioners, so cannot pay the high amount that is on the existing contract. We asked for the J1Ace on a contract advertised for R129 and 50 free mins. We were told we had to buy a new sim card as the one on the existing phone was too big. The phone arrived the next day but we were unhappy to see that we never needed to buy a new sim card. When we received the statement Vodacom had charged us for a contract for R229 and 75 mins. We spent 3 hrs on the phone being told to call various numbers as no one could help us. One person said we had to accept this cause it was done and we could do a migration which cost money, to fix it. Another said maybe the special was finished but this still doesn't explain a more expensive contract. Eventually we got hold of the right dept but were told that the agent was busy on the phone and would call us back. We were given an e mail address [Email Removed] to voice our complaint, and told this address had a 10 minute turnaround time. Two days later and have heard nothing from agent or via email. Very unhappy and we want this fixed!!!
