Vodacom does not care about it customer it just wants to make money you are nothing but a number to them.
I have yet again had one of the worst experience from Vodacom. My wife have place a order for the Samsung A34 and the Samsung Galaxy 6 watch and this was suppose to be a birthday present from her to me. we were told by the call center person over the phone that this would be send to us via Ram couriers and it would be delivered by no later than the 19th December 2023. After seeing that the date had already gone by my wife had decided to give them a call to find out what was going on with the order as we did not receive any tracking information for the item that had been order the week before. After waiting for a very long time on the phone my wife was told that the order had been placed late and that the order that we made last week was not placed correctly and that they now had no stock of the device and that we would need to wait for another 2 weeks or so to receive the device or we can cancel the order all together. i am very disgusted with the behavior from Vodacom yet again. They seem to always make promises that they cannot keep and are never able to deliver any item on time. They are very quick to make you sign up with them and make you go trough the long process to get your order done only to disappoint the customer time and time again. All vodacom does is say they can cancel the order no apologies for the mistake that they had made and never any way of compensating the customer for the inconvenience and stress caused. They never call you back to let us know that there was a error with the order or that they had made a mistake or even bother to call to let us know that there was changes to the order. Does vodacom even care about there customers anymore?
I love the reply that you gave it is so generic and **** just like the way that vodacom seems to always want to be.
yes we did reach out to the upgrade call center as no one from vodacom was willing to help us or even call us back, is this the level of service that a long service vodacom customer of more than 10 year and over gets from a big brand like vodacom. so the basic reply is if you don't have stock you don't care but did you find out why we were told that the item was in stock when we placed the order. did you find out why the item was not sent when it was surposed to be sent to us no u do not check up on that because you just don't care. so if you take a upgrade with vodacom and get promised something does vodacom care to honor that agreement or do they just the customer to wait or just cancel. if you really care about the customer instead of sending a generic reply her you would reach out to the customer and see how you could fix the problem or how to could make it up to the customer for the inconvenience that has been cause so far. and please don't tell me that it is because if customers like me that vodacom cares that that is a load of bull. if you care pick up the phone call the people that needs to be call and make this right and also make the customer feel like them matter to you compensate for the failure in your system.
show how vodacom does care by not being generic and show how you care by making the promise and keeping it and not just apologize and leave it like that. show your care with action not with the **** words that you have wrote above.
