Vodacom does not care about client service

Vodacom does not care about client service. Not at all. I've been unable to receive calls or sms's for over a week. I've tried every thing possible, from phoning, emailing, social media, visiting a branch. But none of these options is getting me any closer to being able to actually operate. The only answer I could get for the last week, is that my issue has been escalated. Wonderful 11 days later and it's still escalated. I've never experienced such complete lack of service from Vodacom. No wonder everyone is leaving for more reputable service providers.
