Vodacom does not care

I lost my phone on the 18/02/2016. I reported and blacklisted it. It was found and returned to me on 19/02/2016. I went to Vodacom at Midlands Mall 19/02/2016 and completed the required form, including an affadavit obtained from the Police. I was told I could expect my phone to be cleared and working by Wednesday, 24/02/2016. This did not happen. I went to Vodacom on Friday 26/02/2016. The person I dealt looked at my profile and informed me that no forms had been received so no lifting of the blacklisting had begun. I insisted that she speak to someone accountable for this. She called the blacklisting department. I have the name of the person I spoke to. I answered the usual security questions and gave the IMEI number of my phone. I was told that this would AGAIN take another 48 hours for the blacklisting to be lifted. This morning I received an sms informing that they have not received the faxed copies of the form. At no time yesterday was this requested. I have spoken to the Customer Call Centre who inform me that I will need to go to Vodacom again to arrange for the forms to be faxed, so it will take more than 48hrs for the blacklisting to be lifted. Indescribable incompetance
