Vodacom does not care!

I am beyond upset. I am livid. Vodacom now tells me that my simcard was changed from being a prepaid sim to being a contract...WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Like how does that even happen, can someone please explain? Now, I am told I have to leave my house DURING LOCKDOWN and have my sim card RICA registered, despite the fact that all of this was done when I bought the sim card. Hey Ya Vodacom, you really did a number on me s'true! Thanks for nothing. On the other side of lockdown, you will never see me again, I am porting.
