vodacom does not care

Vodacom can say that their service is great but they are lying. What is the use of saying that their calls are recorded for both their and the customers benefit but when the customer has a complaint they do not even go and listen to the recordings or if it is the customer service manager that answers the hello peter complaint with witch you have the problem with they just ignored your complaint.What has become of vodacom???
