Vodacom does not care

Vodacom are leaving customers details on databasis so that partners of them can phone vodacom customers .... why are our information exposed. I wanted to accept these offers and almost R5000 was put through my account. Another call offer came through when i phoned Vodacom i spoke to Tshidi i have requested an Teamleader and said she wont call an teamleader Why arent customers allowed to speak to teamleader about concerning factor about information being exposed. I want my contract cancelled immediately. I never want to phone into Vodacom contact centre again. I will escalate this to my lawyers as well.
