Vodacom Does NOT Care

<p>It's been 3 weeks, lots of phone calls and still no resolution. Whats the point of giving us a reference number if I still have to go through a long call center process only to be asked the same questions and explain myself over and over, so I hope this will be the last time and I will get someone to resolve my email and login issues. I cannot access my emails or my account login. The issue I was told needed an engineers help and that would take 48hours before an engineer would call me. Well that still has not happened....</p>
