Vodacom does not care.

Vodacom fiber does not care. Our internet has been down for 1 days short of 3 weeks... thisbis the second month in a row with 3 weeks of down time.

All we hear is that they are escalating the problem.

3 weeks ago they suggested unplugging from the ups... we did this. It made no difference. I told them this and supp**** images. 2 weeks ago they say they are glad disconnecting the ups fixed our problem, which it did not. Told them it is still not working.

So here we are still sitting with feber that is non operational.

This company does not care about their customers. Try and stay away.
