Vodacom does not care
Dear Vodacom, your agents at the call centre suck, Thobeka from Facebook sucks, she said she will diarise to call me back but never did, my order number K*** has been returned to you. I have received an sms confirming this from your office, yet I haven't received any confirmation of my new order or the return? Your hellopeter team keeps replying that someone will call me, this is my 4th complaint on hellopeter and no one calls, your service is literally pathetic.
