Vodacom does not allow you to cancel
I phoned last year December to cancel my contract. Because the contract end on the 1st of March 2023, they requested I phone in January 2023. I phoned in January 2023, they said they cancelled the contract. I then phoned in March to ask why I received a debit and they said that would be my last debit. I was debited again in April and Vodacom said I never requested for it to be canceled. I phoned again today and they said that cancelation was verified for May 2023. This is plain *****ing, this is why you are loosing your customers. I want my contract cancelled and I want my funds reimbursed!!!

19 Jun 2023, 10:37So Vodacom is phoning me to say I have outstanding fees with them?? Seriously need to understand Vodacom and their logic. How would you ever get returning customers with this kind of service? Very bad customer experience over months now.
