Vodacom does not abide by the consumer act
Worst service in the industry. Tried to take out a contract for 299, was approved immediately, yet it took Vodacom 10 days to deliver the device to their store. When I went to collect it, I was told the monthly charges will be R50 more than the advertised price. This is ridiculous and I believe against the consumer act. Nothing has been done by Vodacom since. Pathetic service providers who cheat consumers.
