Vodacom does it again - Don't believe everything they put on their adverts

In their Start Up guide for wifi deals they say that 10 minutes after connecting the the relevant sim ****le to their LTE Broadband Router, the device will be auto provisioned, such that you can start using the internet within 10 minutes. I just got mine earlier today, no internet connection and when I contacted their customer service centre I was told that the Rooter is not activated and it might take up to 48 hours before Im sorted. 10 minutes vs 2 days, I could not believe what I was hearing...Im a very angry customer, the 10 min they put in their adverts is not true - this is very *********. I think this should be taken up with the relevant consumer / advertising commission.
