Vodacom does it again

So after the hustle i had with vodacom . They confirmed that thy received my payment. And contract was successfully closed.

So i just received a call from juliet from vvm. So vodacom handed my account to debt collectors. Imagine. Someone is not doing their job. I want my name cleared. Its not evn two months since my last concern was with vodacom. Now this. Im really frustrated. Apperentlty i owe r200., nd im handed over. Vodacom please stop what u doing. Im Personally going through a lot personally, with covid etc.. I dont need this.
