Vodacom does it again
Being a customer for a long time i never had a problem......I have a couple of contracts and one i wanted to upgrade.....it has an open order .........having phoned vodacom customer care they said they will escalate it. that was the 20 th of last moth having phoned agai last week they said ***** department will have to invesicate and they will get back to me in the week i gave them that week again no joy.

18 Aug 2020, 09:13I had to phone vodacom again to find out what the hell is going on with my upgrade. Seem like nothing was done as one person gave me the wrong advice the second time another person said he will follow up today hope its true
