Vodacom does ********** deals!!

<p>In April I called to cancel my Vodacom contract, as I could get a better deal from Cell C. The retentions department offered me an extra 100 minutes and extra 1 Gig, which meant i would have 1.2GB, 175 min & 200 sms's per month. The gentleman told me that they currently had a special which gave an extra 2gig for 1st 3 months, so at the end of July I should call to activate my new package.</p> <p>What a joke - I've called numerous times, I have documented them all and taken screen prints of the calls for all the time i've spend holding on and retelling my story - nothing happens. In fact on the 6 of September Gilbert had the audacity to tell me that the people in retentions department work on incentives and make empty promises!! I've spoken to 4 different supervisors, the last one; Joshua Alexander on the 9th September who promised it would be activated within 3-24 hours. Yesterday I called again & got through to the Midrand department, told my whole long story to Lesogang who promised me that as soon as her supervisor Morne Nel got in, he would definately call me............still nothing!! I have a ref # 1- ********** 384 (for what it's worth)</p> <p>If noone contacts me by Monday - I'm going to take this further & i'm going to post this everywhere and tell everyone who will listen - I'm soooooooooooooooo frustrated!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
