Vodacom Does CARE about their customers
A few months ago I took out a contract with Vodacom and was not informed about CLI. I tried to address the issue through various channels but still, up to now, my issue was never resolved. Instead, I was referred to contract Terms and Conditions on number 34.1.5, which unfortunately does not reflect on the contract that I signed.

18 Sept 2019, 10:10I know that CLI is a chargeable service and unfortunately you or your company are not getting the gist of my complaint. But don't worry this is the last contract I will ever take with Vodacom and I have informed my company to do so for our other 250 employee contracts.
