VODACOM - does anyone actually respond???

Can someone help!!!! I am getting intimidated after Vodacom has not only ****** but **********ly taken money from me and I’m being threatened with legal action? Call centre EE’s won’t even give their name! Emails, phone calls requesting to speak to a supervisor or mngr but still NOTHING! I don’t know what to do anymore. Last post reply was someone would contact well still nothing - that was a few months ago
