VODACOM DO YOUR JOBS!!!!

Vodacom are the absolute worst when it comes to service!!!! I live in the Midlands area where we were hit by a tornado about a month ago..... repeated calls were logged to inform them of connectivity issues.... as in there isn't any and hasn't been since the storm and they absolutely do NOTHING about it.... but keep taking your money for services not provided..... I'm the last week alone 10 calls have been logged.... one rather frustrated customer actually drove to the tower today and it has been unattended to in what looks like a VERY long time.... while mtn tower is well maintained and cared for...."Someone went to the tower. Nobody has been there for a very long time. Totally overgrown. MTN aircons is working. Nothing at vodacom.".... and as bad as we all hate Eskom.... even they do a better job than Vodacom
