VODACOM DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!

I cannot big to explain my dissatisfaction with the unacceptable customer service I received from Vodacom. After a grantee by Vodacom that I am not black listed because of their mistake and should I receive any other communication from any lawyers I should submit the email from Vodacom stating that my account is paid up and the lawyers will stop the requests. Vodacom said they would forward the necessary documentation to their lawyers and I should do the same. Yet still I am told that I am in debt to Vodacom and that because of this debt I have been blacklisted. Now what I want Vodacom to do is 1. DO YOUR JOB 2. SPEND ME EMAIL FROM THE REVELANT LAWYER STATING THAT I WILL NOT BE CONTACTED AGAIN WITH REGARDS THIS MATTER 3.A LETTER FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU STATING THAT I AM NOT BLACKLISTED AND THAT ALL CONSQUENCES OF THE MISTAKE BY VODACOM HAS NO IMPACT ON MY CREDIT RECORD. Vodacom not only are you wasting my time and resource but you have come a broken thorn in my heel which I cannot remove! As an HR Practioner I seriously suggest your reassess the competence and ability of your Finance Department because clearly they are not optimum, no correction optimum is an over jump from my experience of your service level so rather lets reduce the standard like your service and just sat they are not functional.
