vodacom do not want to cancel my contract

i cancelled my contract with vodacom in August 2020 they only cancelled the headset, they keep loading the airtime and i stated i dont need their airtime. everytime i call them they say they will cancel it and i was not given the reference number.please assist because i cant reverse the payments as it will affect my credit report badly
