Vodacom: Do not sign a contract

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM!!! Vodacom does not honor contracts, dates and cancellations. (I am now stuck with 3 contracts) No matter HOW many times you try to phone it is always somebody else's problem. Then they have the cheek to write a letter of apology and still did nothing. The personel cannot even get a team leader on the line OR to phone you back. How is THAT even possible
